Delivery

We deliver to all addresses in Bulgaria. The standard delivery time is 2-4 business days. Free delivery for orders over a certain amount. Delivery is carried out via BOX NOW lockers. After entering your address, you can choose the location of the nearest locker.

If the product arrives damaged by the courier, please contact us immediately to file a claim, and we will take care of the replacement or refund.

Returns

You have the right to return a product within 14 days of receiving it. The product must be in its original packaging and in an undamaged condition. Returns are processed via BOX NOW lockers. To initiate a return, please contact us via our email.
